DNV Energy Services USA Inc. ("DNV") is the third-party program administrator for the PNM Online Application. DNV on behalf of Public Service Company of New Mexico ("PNM") has developed an online tool ("PNM Online Application") for PNM. DNV is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to DNV's operation of the PNM Online Application website and governs data collection and usage.
